What we don't support

  • Adult or 18+ content
  • Beehiiv newsletters — supported, but you must supply your RSS URL manually (find it in your publication page source, search for rss.beehiiv.com)
  • Sites without a public RSS feed
  • More than 100 feeds per account

Broken or missing feeds

If a feed can't be fetched (site is down, feed moved, or blocked), we skip it for that week and include a note at the bottom of your digest listing the affected feeds. We'll email you if the same feed fails three weeks in a row. We don't offer refunds for individual failed feeds, but we do our best to deliver everything you've added.

Updating your feeds

Want to add, remove, or change feeds? Use the contact form and let us know. We'll get back to you with a secure upload link within 3 business days. Changes take effect from the next Sunday delivery after we receive your updated file.

Cancellation

Cancel any time from your Stripe customer portal — no questions asked, no hoops to jump through. Monthly subscribers are not charged again after cancellation. Yearly subscribers keep access until the end of their paid period. We don't offer prorated refunds on yearly plans.

Occasional delivery issues

We rely on third-party infrastructure to fetch certain feeds (including some Substack newsletters). On rare occasions, a temporary outage may cause some feeds to be skipped. When this happens, your digest will clearly note which feeds were affected and why. This is outside our control, but we'll always be transparent about it.

Privacy

We collect only what we need.

No ads. Ever. We don't run ads
No data selling. Your data is yours
No tracking pixels. We don't track opens
One email per week. Your digest. That's it.

What we store

We store your email address, your feeds list, and your payment status (handled securely by Stripe — we never see your card details). We don't store digest content after sending. We don't share your information with third parties. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.

Terms of service

Short version: we do our best, you use this in good faith.

  1. Service. KI-Reads is a weekly email curation service. We fetch publicly available RSS feeds on your behalf and deliver a summary to your inbox every Sunday. We do not store, republish, or resell any content from the feeds you add.
  2. Acceptable use. You may only add feeds to publicly available content. Adult or 18+ content is not permitted. By signing up you confirm you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to remove feeds that violate this policy without notice or refund.
  3. Payments & refunds. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime — no further charges after cancellation. Yearly plans are billed annually and do not include prorated refunds. We may issue a goodwill refund at our discretion.
  4. Liability. KI-Reads is provided as-is. We are not responsible for missed deliveries caused by third-party infrastructure outages, feed unavailability, or email provider filtering. We will always notify you when feeds fail to fetch. We are not liable for the content of any feeds you subscribe to.
  5. Changes to the service. We may update pricing, features, or these terms with reasonable notice by email. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. You may cancel at any time if you disagree with changes.
